Summer Camp 2025

Hours of Operation:

• Office Hours: 9:00-3:00, Mon-Fri (Eagle’s Nest)
• Camp Hours: 9:00-3:00
• Drop-off begins: 8:50 (pull all the way around the parking lot and stop at the front doors of the church building so the church is on your left)
• Pick-up begins: 2:45
• After-Care Hours: 3:00-5:30 (pick up is at The Barn; drive on the gravel to the back of the campus)

Payments: 

• Payments for Summer Camp and After-Care are due on Mondays at drop-off. Please pay by check.

Communication: 

• Parents may call the NKCS Office phone (804) 557-5774 during office/camp hours 9:00-3:00.
• Parents may call the NKCS cordless phone (804) 557-2322 to reach After-Care between the hours of 3:00-5:30.

Dress:

• Comfortable, appropriate length shorts; no leggings.
• Comfortable, appropriate shirt (tank tops are fine; no bra straps/cleavage/midriff).
• Tennis shoes and socks
• Appropriate swimwear and water shoes or crocs for Water Wednesdays; pack a towel and change of clothes.
• NKCS spirit wear t-shirts for Field Trip Fridays.

What to Bring:

• Pack a morning snack, a lunch, and a full water bottle.
• Campers should bring a full sized backpack to hold their lunch box and water bottle. This will also serve to hold their show & tell item on Thursdays and their towel and change of clothes on Water Wednesdays.
• Pack any bug spray and sunscreen desired.
• Please label all items!

Allergies:

• If you listed any allergies on your child’s registration form, please fill out the emergency medical treatment form. -Please make sure to send your child’s medication (epi pen, inhaler, etc.) with them in their backpack.
• NKCS provides an afternoon snack. If your child has any dietary restrictions, please pack their afternoon snack.
